1. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales and client experience performance, highlighting key market focuses.
2. Deliver business intelligence to Market Leaders and the President of South Asia Pacific through trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
3. Utilize Retail KPI results to develop and drive market-specific action plans.
4. Facilitate regular follow-up and animation for local or global incentives and initiatives.
5. Leverage retail performance tools to drive day-to-day business culture and client experience improvements.
6. Collaborate with Retail Learning to align client experience with required standards through focused action plans.
7. Partner with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization to enhance client service excellence.
8. Implement global retail initiatives regionally with a transversal approach.
9. Pilot key initiatives within the zone, adjusting and rolling out based on learnings.
10. Lead local 360 initiatives to support zone priorities.

1. 7+ years of experience in retail and operations within the luxury sector.
2. Bachelor's degree or higher.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively in a team environment.
5. Agility and entrepreneurial spirit to find innovative solutions.
6. Tech-savvy with strong business acumen and numerical agility.
7. Fluency in English.
