- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales and client experience performance, highlighting key market focuses.
- Deliver business intelligence to Market Leaders and the President of South Asia Pacific through trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
- Utilize Retail KPI results to develop and drive market-specific action plans.
- Facilitate regular follow-up and animation for local or global incentives and initiatives.
- Leverage retail performance tools to drive day-to-day business culture and client experience improvements.
- Collaborate with Retail Learning to align client experience with required standards through focused action plans.
- Partner with Finance and HR on FTE planning and productivity optimization to enhance client service excellence.
- Implement global retail initiatives regionally with a transversal approach.
- Pilot key initiatives within the zone, adjusting and rolling out based on learnings.
- Lead local 360 initiatives to support zone priorities.
- 7+ years of experience in retail and operations within the luxury sector.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate and lead effectively in a team environment.
- Agility and entrepreneurial spirit to find innovative solutions.
- Tech-savvy with strong business acumen and numerical agility.
- Fluency in English.
- Business intelligence and analytical skills.
- Project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in retail performance tools and systems.
- Ability to influence and drive change across markets.
Minimum of 10 years in retail and operations, preferably within luxury retail.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
