1. Oversee uniform distribution for new employees and store launches, coordinating with vendors.
2. Support and monitor the implementation of on-site grooming guidelines.
3. Manage hospitality items such as chocolates and drinks to enhance the in-store experience.
4. Coordinate daily and monthly store cleaning operations with vendors.
5. Execute quarterly inventory reporting and retail system access reviews.
6. Review monthly open orders and report to the Hong Kong Shared Service Center.
7. Assist with in-store audit inspections to ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
8. Manage packaging order processes and stock levels at stores.
9. Coordinate supply order placements and vendor communications.
10. Assist in back-of-house setup and layout reviews.
11. Track and support retail operations budget planning and forecasting.

1. 5–7 years of experience in retail operations or store support within the luxury or fashion retail industry.
2. Strong understanding of store operations, inventory control, and retail systems.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English.
