- Provide strategic operational and sales support for the MidAtlantic region.
- Lead and coordinate communication and implementation of global and regional directives.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in retail operations, special events, and Blue Book standards.
- Create strong partnerships with store management and functional groups to align and standardize operational processes.
- Address operational questions or concerns related to policy and procedures.
- Align with global and regional policies, advocating for necessary operational support.
- Maintain regular in-person presence to evaluate standards and assist with special projects.
- Escalate and resolve IT issues in collaboration with local and regional support.
- Prioritize requests and implement best practices with Market and Operations Vice Presidents.
- Standardize processes to achieve consistency across stores.
- Identify and implement business process improvements to maximize store resources.
- Execute and communicate special projects, procedural changes, and new systems implementations.
- Ensure front-of-house presentation meets luxury brand standards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with operational procedures, including inventory accuracy and audit reports.
- Assess and address training needs in partnership with the zone operations team.
- Coordinate and confirm execution of training for compliance and new systems.
- Manage the Uniform program including ordering, implementation, and maintenance.
- College degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in inventory management.
- Experience overseeing multiple retail locations or supporting new store openings.

College degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $107,100 - $151,200, with eligibility for bonuses and sales incentives.
