1. Assist in implementing optimal store operations, including scheduling and in-store product flow, to enhance the client experience.
2. Support management in optimizing stock organization and product flow by store typology.
3. Ensure full adoption of mobile tools for client-facing operations.
4. Identify and implement actions to minimize operating costs and risks.
5. Collaborate with management to strategically enhance retail operation processes.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies such as PI, Cycle Counts, and inventory management.
7. Monitor the use of sales support systems, including cashiering systems and performance analysis tools.
8. Liaise with management to ensure accurate physical inventory across all stores.
9. Support management in handling maintenance, repairs, and addressing issues in Australia & New Zealand.
10. Coordinate with Store Planning/Maintenance on new store openings, renovations, and workflow adjustments.

1. Minimum of 3 years of operations experience in an advanced retail environment.
