1. Facilitate the SAPAC Retail Excellence community through organizing and leading monthly calls, team seminars, and recognition trips.
2. Assist with ad-hoc transversal projects as needed.
3. Coordinate and manage the Back-of-House community activities.
4. Support the operations of regional High Jewelry events.
5. Oversee Hospitality and Uniforms orders across the region.
6. Collaborate with HR to develop a learning catalogue for retail and office teams.
7. Create a resource library for store leaders.
8. Prepare and optimize reporting dashboards, and recommend improvements.
9. Assist in driving performance through commission and incentive reporting.
10. Identify successes and opportunities in Mystery Shopping and Voice of Client surveys.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
5. Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
6. Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
