1. Oversee and ensure sales targets are met across four retail locations in the Northwest market.
2. Cultivate a culture of clienteling and elevate the retail business.
3. Provide strategic leadership and hands-on management to inspire teams and enhance brand desirability.
4. Collaborate closely with MVP, regional, and local teams to align with company vision and market strategies.
5. Analyze client demographics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
6. Drive business through key product pillars and manage top client relationships.
7. Ensure exceptional operational support and compliance with internal control procedures.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with MVP, regional teams, and key clients.
9. Attract, hire, and develop top diverse talent to create a best-in-class selling and service organization.

1. Minimum of 10 years in luxury or consumer goods business management.
2. Recent experience in business unit or general management.
3. Proven track record in leading and inspiring retail teams to maximize sales and profitability.
4. Strong business and financial acumen.
5. Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

The hiring range for this position is $191,250 - $270,000, dependent on experience.
