Tiffany & Co. Retail and Training Coach

- Partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach to ensure high sales and service standards.
- Develop leadership skills within the retail team to enhance confidence and effectiveness.
- Monitor daily client interactions and provide feedback to improve client experience and selling skills.
- Identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
- Create and implement store learning and coaching plans with individual targets.
- Track coaching conversations and update training records in the LMS.
- Support a culture of coaching and feedback by working directly with Store and Team Managers.
- Partner with store leadership to structure and participate in motivational learning sessions.
- Facilitate training to support business objectives and organize impactful onboarding for new hires.
- Prepare monthly training calendars and focus on learning solutions based on observations and business objectives.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail coaching or training.
- Proven track record in developing leadership skills within a retail environment.
- Strong ability to monitor and enhance client interactions and sales performance.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to develop and implement training programs.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail coaching or training.
