Retail and Training Coach

1. Partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach to ensure high sales and service standards.
2. Develop leadership skills within the retail team to create knowledgeable Tiffany Brand Ambassadors.
3. Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor.
4. Identify store opportunities through observation, sales dashboards, and NPS scores.
5. Create store learning and coaching plans and individual targets.
6. Monitor and coach the sales team on individual targets, offering solutions to close performance gaps.
7. Establish frequent check-in schedules with store leadership and retail performance teams.
8. Track coaching conversations and update training records in LMS.
9. Support a culture of coaching and feedback by working with Store and Team Managers.
10. Partner with store leadership for structuring and participating in motivational learning moments.
11. Facilitate training to support business objectives.
12. Organize and facilitate in-store onboarding for new hires.
13. Prepare monthly training calendars and learning solutions based on observations and business objectives.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

1. Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities
4. Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in retail coaching or training.
