- Welcome all clients warmly and courteously to create an exemplary luxury experience.
- Use storytelling to share knowledge of Tiffany's world and inspire clients.
- Deliver a knowledgeable and curated experience for every client.
- Attend to the needs of clients while greeting and directing them throughout the store.
- Engage in bespoke conversations to discern client needs and partner them with the appropriate Client Advisor.
- Support hospitality, tours, and selling events as needed.
- Manage floor waiting lists and execute efficiencies to enhance the in-store experience.
- Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
- Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
- Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail, luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage clients through storytelling.
- Team collaboration and adaptability.
Beginner level experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related fields such as hospitality or museum/art gallery.
A college/university degree with a fine or performing arts focus is preferred. Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is also preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $19.72-$26.68 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
