- Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
- Maximize workflow efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
- Identify repair volume, type, and expected due date, while managing short-date and late-moving orders.
- Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
- Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
- Maintain organized orders and workspace, ensuring adherence to due dates.
- Develop knowledge of Tiffany products, including designers, collections, and materials.
- Proactively seek and apply new skills for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Comply with health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment.
- Ability to identify technical repair needs and manage workflow.
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
- Organizational skills for maintaining order and meeting deadlines.
- Proactive learning and skill development.
- Collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, with experience in a technical environment preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent.
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
