- Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time, balancing client needs and deadlines.
- Maximize workflow efficiency by capturing relevant information in the system and escalating servicing issues as needed.
- Identify volume and type of repairs, managing orders with awareness of deadlines and collaborating with management on issues and projects.
- Ensure all processing work meets Tiffany quality and design standards, inspecting orders for additional needs and escalating appropriately.
- Meet or exceed productivity standards, maintaining organized orders and reporting late or potentially late orders to management.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products, proactively seeking and applying new skills to improve quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Provide assistance throughout the service center, participating in special projects and supporting workflow management.
- Comply with all health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation and reporting safety incidents to management.
- Contribute to the safe operation of the workshop, maintaining common areas and equipment, and reporting any unsafe tools or infrastructure gaps.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment
- Ability to assess technical assignments and manage workflow efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. products and systems
- Collaboration and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to health and safety standards
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role, preferably within a technical or administrative business environment.
High School diploma or equivalent
The hiring range for this position is $23 - $31 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
