- Ensure seamless retail visibility into Client 360 attributes and CRM insights.

- Lead and develop a high-performing regional team focused on client experience transformation.
- Advocate for a culture of personalization and client obsession within the regional retail network.
- Influence regional senior management with insights and recommendations based on performance and client feedback.
- 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
- Strong understanding of retail/store operations specific to the region.
- Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in managing budgets.
- Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
