1. Ensure a consistent brand voice across France, Benelux, and Monaco.
2. Provide strategic PR support to the Managing Director and PR & Communications Director.
3. Lead the development and execution of PR plans in alignment with regional and global strategies.
4. Manage the communications calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals.
5. Build editorial plans for product launches and PR events.
6. Strategize and negotiate brand partnerships and collaborations.
7. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and key press.
8. Identify opportunities for high-visibility brand stories.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 8+ years of PR experience within luxury retail
3. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work cross-functionally and eliminate silos
5. Flawless attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Experienced in digital analytics and social listening tools
7. Understanding of financial and operational performance
