Tiffany & Co. Public Relations Manager

- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director and PR Director Europe to enhance brand awareness and desirability.
- Oversee and manage PR agency relationships to ensure excellence in execution and achievement of strategic goals.
- Administer PR budgets for the UK and Ireland markets in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Director.
- Lead and mentor a team of two direct reports, including a PR Specialist and PR Intern.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and key press to identify opportunities for high-visibility brand and product stories.
- Coordinate and host press trips, manage product loans for photo-shoots, and organize press releases and events.
- Strategize and negotiate brand partnerships and collaborations to drive awareness and engagement.
- Develop and manage a local talent strategy and roster for the UK and Nordics, negotiating contracts and building relationships with talents and agents.
- College/University degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong PR background with established relationships in the UK jewelry industry
- Proficiency in digital analytics and social listening tools
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
- Understanding of financial and operational performance metrics
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
