Tiffany & Co. Project Manager, Store Planning and Construction

- Develop and manage project briefs, schedules, and budgets in alignment with the Store Development Lifecycle.
- Coordinate with Store Design, Regional and Market leadership to align on project milestones and schedules.
- Negotiate work letters and conduct initial site reviews.
- Advise on market conditions affecting project timelines and budgets.
- Manage project resources including architects, suppliers, and general contractors.
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate drawing sets and manage design development and construction documents.
- Utilize company systems for project management and budget tracking.
- Establish competitive bidding and contract administration processes.
- Conduct monthly cost meetings to ensure budget compliance and manage financial controls.
- Ensure projects are closed out within 90 days post-opening.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits and manage construction oversight.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives through post-opening audits and process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in store planning, design, or construction within a retail environment.
- Experience in the luxury market and collaboration with North American vendors and consultants.
- Strong communication and managerial skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 35% of the time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

A minimum of 4 years in a store planning, design, or construction environment, particularly within the luxury retail sector.

The salary range for this position is $160,000-$170,000, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
