Tiffany & Co. Project Manager, Store Planning and Construction

- Lead the delivery of retail and trade projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build project briefs, schedules, and budgets in alignment with the Store Development Lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder alignment on project milestones and schedules.
- Conduct site reviews and negotiate work letters.
- Adapt project lifecycles to achieve quicker openings for enhanced sales and market growth.
- Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and general contractors to meet project schedules.
- Oversee the execution of approved schedules, adjusting as necessary.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate drawing sets and milestones from schematic design to construction documents.
- Utilize TCO systems for drawing, budget, and purchase order management.
- Establish competitive bidding and contract administration processes.
- Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure budget compliance and manage project closeout within 90 days post-opening.
- Conduct weekly meetings to ensure project coordination and manage change orders.
- Ensure high-quality construction and defect-free handover to the retail team.
- Travel for site visits as required.
- Perform post-opening project audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Support ongoing research and development programs in store design and procurement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in store planning/design/construction within a luxury retail environment
- Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in the North American market
- Effective communication and managerial skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
- Advanced proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus

Minimum 5 years of experience in a store planning, design, or construction environment, particularly within the luxury market.
