1. Lead the delivery of retail and trade projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Build project briefs, schedules, and budgets in alignment with the Store Development Lifecycle.
3. Manage stakeholder alignment on project milestones and schedules.
4. Conduct site reviews and negotiate work letters.
5. Adapt project lifecycles to achieve quicker openings for enhanced sales and market growth.
6. Coordinate with architects, suppliers, and general contractors to meet project schedules.
7. Oversee the execution of approved schedules, adjusting as necessary.
8. Manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
9. Coordinate drawing sets and milestones from schematic design to construction documents.
10. Utilize TCO systems for drawing, budget, and purchase order management.
11. Establish competitive bidding and contract administration processes.
12. Attend monthly cost meetings to ensure budget compliance and manage project closeout within 90 days post-opening.
13. Conduct weekly meetings to ensure project coordination and manage change orders.
14. Ensure high-quality construction and defect-free handover to the retail team.
15. Travel for site visits as required.
16. Perform post-opening project audits to identify areas for improvement.
17. Support ongoing research and development programs in store design and procurement.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Construction Project Management
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in store planning/design/construction within a luxury retail environment
3. Experience collaborating with vendors and consultants in the North American market
4. Effective communication and managerial skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
6. Advanced proficiency in English; Portuguese is a plus
