1. Lead Blue Book projects to ensure high-quality product delivery and accurate pricing updates.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for diamond procurement.
3. Establish project milestones and develop plans to meet objectives.
4. Execute deliverables from R&D phase to project sign-off.
5. Communicate project milestones to suppliers and partners.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
7. Oversee stone management and ensure accurate inventory counts.
8. Upload necessary data to support manufacturing processes.
9. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
10. Ensure data integrity throughout procurement.
11. Maintain and analyze key deliverables and process improvements.
12. Manage procurement demand and organize cross-functional meetings.
13. Comply with safety and security procedures.

1. Undergraduate degree
2. Strong Project Management Skills
3. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word, Excel)
4. Basic Materials Resource Planning (MRP) knowledge
5. Ability to travel based on business needs

The hiring range for this position is $70,125.00 - $82,500.00, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
