- Lead Blue Book projects to ensure high-quality product delivery and accurate pricing updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to manage diamond procurement and project timelines.
- Establish project milestones and develop plans to meet objectives, maintaining the Diamond Acquisition & Gemstone Acquisition masterplan.
- Execute deliverables from R&D phase to project sign-off, ensuring data integrity and process improvement.
- Communicate project milestones to suppliers and partners, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
- Oversee stone management and maintain accurate inventory counts for Blue Book projects.
- Identify project risks and collaborate with the DA Director on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain and analyze key deliverables, supporting process improvements to meet speed-to-market goals.
- Manage procurement demands and organize cross-functional meetings.
- Comply with safety and security procedures, reporting any incidents to management.
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Basic Materials Resource Planning (MRP) knowledge
- Ability to travel as needed

Beginner level experience in project or process management, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Undergraduate degree required; Gemological Degree (Graduate Gemologist) preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $70,125.00 - $82,500.00, dependent on skills and experience.
