1. Lead Blue Book projects to ensure high-quality product delivery and accurate pricing updates.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to manage diamond procurement and project timelines.
3. Establish project milestones and develop plans to meet objectives, maintaining the Diamond Acquisition & Gemstone Acquisition masterplan.
4. Execute deliverables from R&D phase to project sign-off, ensuring data integrity and process improvement.
5. Communicate project milestones to suppliers and partners, maintaining comprehensive documentation.
6. Oversee stone management and maintain accurate inventory counts for Blue Book projects.
7. Identify project risks and collaborate with the DA Director on mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain and analyze key deliverables, supporting process improvements to meet speed-to-market goals.
9. Manage procurement demands and organize cross-functional meetings.
10. Comply with safety and security procedures, reporting any incidents to management.

2. Strong project management skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
4. Basic Materials Resource Planning (MRP) knowledge
5. Ability to travel as needed

Beginner level experience in project or process management, preferably in a leadership capacity.

Undergraduate degree required; Gemological Degree (Graduate Gemologist) preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $70,125.00 - $82,500.00, dependent on skills and experience.
