Tiffany & Co. Product Project Management Analyst

- Manage and facilitate the new product sign-off process, including project data management and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance inspections and communicate feedback to vendors.
- Create and maintain Product Development Timeline Plans, distributing updates monthly.
- Oversee all aspects of product sample management, including inventory control, studio archive cataloging, and vendor shipments.
- Track, communicate, and process sample invoices for vendor payment in collaboration with Accounts Payable.
- Coordinate stone requests with relevant teams and ensure timelines are met.
- Streamline workflow communications through Supply Management counterparts.
- Organize timelines and track product development elements to ensure timely sign-offs and launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sign-offs and adapt as needed.
- Manage E-commerce photography coordination, including sample transfers and image reviews.
- Support merchandising, product development, and supply management aspects related to marketing and brand assets.
- Coordinate and manage PR requests and ensure timely return of borrowed items.
- Manage sample and stock shipments for special events and new store openings.
- Oversee sign-off, sample shipment, and payment for high-value unique pieces.
- Prior merchandising or retail experience in a luxury branded product environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software.
- Undergraduate degree.

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, preferably within luxury merchandising or retail.
Undergraduate degree required.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent on skills and experience.
