1. Oversee the entire product development process from marketing brief to delivery of the first series.
2. Manage and coordinate new product development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while maintaining product quality.
3. Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential risks and deviations early.
4. Supervise and coordinate actions of various internal and external teams involved in the project.
5. Collaborate with teams to identify technical and aesthetic solutions during the design and prototyping phase.
6. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
7. Present regular status and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
8. Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify discrepancies.

1. Master's degree in industrial management, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with a background in watchmaking highly desirable.
2. Significant experience (5+ years) in managing development projects within the luxury watchmaking or jewelry sector.
3. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques used in watch creation.

1. Excellent organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
2. Strong leadership abilities to drive multidisciplinary teams towards common goals.
3. Ability to summarize complex information and solve issues effectively.
4. Proficiency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Mastery of Office Pack (PowerPoint), MS Project, and other relevant tools.

Minimum of 5 years in managing development projects within the luxury watchmaking or jewelry sector.

Master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial management or mechanical engineering.
