Tiffany & Co. Product Development Specialist

- Oversee the entire product development process from marketing brief to delivery of the first series.
- Manage and coordinate new product development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while maintaining product quality.
- Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential risks and deviations early.
- Supervise and coordinate actions of various internal and external teams involved in the project.
- Collaborate with teams to identify technical and aesthetic solutions during the design and prototyping phase.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Present regular status and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and identify discrepancies.
- Master's degree in industrial management, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with a background in watchmaking highly desirable.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in managing development projects within the luxury watchmaking or jewelry sector.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and techniques used in watch creation.
- Excellent organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
- Strong leadership abilities to drive multidisciplinary teams towards common goals.
- Ability to summarize complex information and solve issues effectively.
- Proficiency in French and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Mastery of Office Pack (PowerPoint), MS Project, and other relevant tools.
Minimum of 5 years in managing development projects within the luxury watchmaking or jewelry sector.
Master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial management or mechanical engineering.
