- Oversee the daily execution of new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Manage samples and coordinate meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor critical path milestones and create comprehensive project documentation.
- Organize sample photography and foster cross-functional relationships.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
- Set up and support product presentations for senior management, PR, and marketing meetings.
- Oversee stone inventory needs, including requests, work order creation, and procurement.
- Maintain data integrity across product development tools and systems.
- Manage systematic signoff of style masters/SKUs with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and manage strategic cross-functional partnerships to optimize projects.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure project milestones are on track.
- Act as a peer mentor and provide training to new hires.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Merchandising, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Product Development or Project Management.
- Basic knowledge of gemstones; GG certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with jewelry manufacturing is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in product development or project management is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
The hiring range for this position is $77,010 - $104,190, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
