1. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promptly report any incidents or safety concerns.
2. Support process improvement initiatives aimed at reducing quality failures and scrap through digitization of records.
3. Coordinate process and product improvement efforts to achieve validated financial savings.
4. Assist in implementing technologically driven solutions to enhance manufacturing flow, reduce costs, or increase capacity.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in an Engineering discipline.
2. Experience in document management.
3. Proven experience in process improvement.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Project, Word, and Excel.
7. Capability to understand, communicate, and create technical manufacturing documentation.
8. Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, or Solidscape.
9. Familiarity with cloud-based MES Tulip.
10. Experience in videography.
