- Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills.
- Strengthen and cultivate direct relationships with new High Jewelry clients.
- Optimize client engagement opportunities relating to key business initiatives.
- Accurately capture all Private Client data to develop lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with Client Relations and CRM on programs for VVIC, VIC, and HV Clients.
- Develop strong knowledge of the High Jewelry category and UHNW Business.
- Partner with Store Manager/Director on High Jewelry Business Development strategy.
- Research and assess market opportunities to develop and prospect new business.
- Represent Tiffany & Co. at internal and external events as a Brand Ambassador.
- Provide feedback and ideas to Client Relations and Merchandising teams.
- 3-5 years of retail or relevant business development experience in luxury industries preferred.
- Passion for the Tiffany & Co. brand and its heritage.
- Solid knowledge of gemstones, jewelry, and timepieces.
- Strong diplomacy skills and experience with High-Net-Worth clients.
- Impeccable self-presentation and strong negotiation skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Gemology Certification is a plus.
- Expert consultative selling skills.
- Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours.
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or relevant business development.
