1. Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills.
2. Strengthen and cultivate direct relationships with new High Jewelry clients.
3. Optimize client engagement opportunities relating to key business initiatives.
4. Accurately capture all Private Client data to develop lasting client relationships.
5. Collaborate with Client Relations and CRM on programs for VVIC, VIC, and HV Clients.
6. Develop strong knowledge of the High Jewelry category and UHNW Business.
7. Partner with Store Manager/Director on High Jewelry Business Development strategy.
8. Research and assess market opportunities to develop and prospect new business.
9. Represent Tiffany & Co. at internal and external events as a Brand Ambassador.
10. Provide feedback and ideas to Client Relations and Merchandising teams.

1. 3-5 years of retail or relevant business development experience in luxury industries preferred.
2. Passion for the Tiffany & Co. brand and its heritage.
3. Solid knowledge of gemstones, jewelry, and timepieces.
4. Strong diplomacy skills and experience with High-Net-Worth clients.
5. Impeccable self-presentation and strong negotiation skills.
6. Fluent in German and English.
7. Gemology Certification is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or relevant business development.
