Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills.
- Consistently close high-end sales and participate in regional and global high jewelry selling events.
- Prospect and develop relationships with existing high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain knowledge of local jewelry market trends and pricing.
- Collaborate with store and market leadership to create unique client experiences.
- Demonstrate commercial excellence and create unparalleled client experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of luxury industry experience
- Deep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyle
- Experience with successfully closing high jewelry sales
- Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Consistent impeccable self-presentation
- Ability to translate luxury experience into knowledge foundation and defined strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Ability to develop brand image strategies
- Ability to work autonomously with independent judgment
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $31.50/hour to $45/hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
