- Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual sales targets through expert consultative selling and participation in high jewelry selling events.
- Prospect and develop relationships with existing high-net-worth clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local jewelry market, including trends and pricing, to leverage competitive insights in sales strategies.
- Collaborate with store and market leadership, as well as cross-functional partners, to create exclusive experiences and brand differentiation moments for clients.
- Demonstrate commercial excellence and create unparalleled client experiences while upholding and elevating the brand.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.
- Proven track record in successfully closing high jewelry sales.
- Strong diplomatic skills and experience in building relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Consistent impeccable self-presentation.
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment.
- Deep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyle.
- Ability to translate luxury experience into strategic knowledge and plans.
- Market trend analysis and strategic plan development.
- Brand image strategy development.
- Willingness to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on high jewelry sales and client relationship management.
The hiring range for this position is $31.50 to $45 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. The role is also eligible for sales commission.
