1. Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills.

3. Prospect and develop relationships with existing high-net-worth clients.
4. Maintain knowledge of local jewelry market trends and pricing.
5. Collaborate with store and market leadership to create unique client experiences.
6. Demonstrate commercial excellence and create unparalleled client experiences.

1. 5+ years of luxury industry experience
2. Deep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyle
3. Experience with successfully closing high jewelry sales
4. Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with high-net-worth clients
5. Consistent impeccable self-presentation
6. Ability to translate luxury experience into knowledge foundation and defined strategies
7. Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
8. Ability to develop brand image strategies
9. Ability to work autonomously with independent judgment
10. Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

The hiring range for this position is $31.50/hour to $45/hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
