- Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling and participation in high jewelry events.
- Prospect and develop relationships with existing and potential High-Net-Worth clients.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the local jewelry market, including trends and pricing, and leverage this to close sales.
- Collaborate with Store and Market Leadership and cross-functional partners to create unique client experiences and brand differentiation moments.
- Demonstrate commercial excellence and create unparalleled client experiences while upholding and elevating the brand.
- 5+ years of experience in the luxury industry
- Proven track record in closing High Jewelry sales
- Strong diplomacy skills and experience with High-Net-Worth clients
- Impeccable self-presentation
- Ability to work autonomously with sound judgment and discretion
- Deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Experience in developing brand image strategies
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours
Minimum of 5 years in the luxury industry, with a focus on high jewelry sales and client relations.
