1. Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director and PR Director for Europe.
2. Oversee PR agency operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
3. Manage PR budgets for the UK and Nordics markets in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Director.
4. Lead and mentor a team comprising a PR Specialist and a PR Intern.
5. Cultivate strong relationships with key media and external agencies to enhance brand visibility.
6. Coordinate and attend press trips, and manage press engagements in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director.
7. Organize and provide creative direction for press releases and events.
8. Strategize and negotiate brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance communication opportunities.
9. Develop and manage a local talent strategy and roster for the UK and Nordics.
10. Negotiate contracts and build relationships with talents and agents.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in PR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong PR background with established relationships in the UK jewelry industry.
4. Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools.
5. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
6. Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.
