- Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director and PR Director for Europe.
- Oversee PR agency operations to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
- Manage PR budgets for the UK and Nordics markets in consultation with the Marketing & Communications Director.
- Lead and mentor a team comprising a PR Specialist and a PR Intern.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key media and external agencies to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and attend press trips, and manage press engagements in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Director.
- Organize and provide creative direction for press releases and events.
- Strategize and negotiate brand partnerships and sponsorships to enhance communication opportunities.
- Develop and manage a local talent strategy and roster for the UK and Nordics.
- Negotiate contracts and build relationships with talents and agents.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in PR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong PR background with established relationships in the UK jewelry industry.
- Proficient in digital analytics and social listening tools.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours.

A minimum of 6 years in public relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the luxury jewelry sector.
