1. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of press materials to regional markets.
2. Ensure timely capture of clippings and social media posts for internal reporting.
3. Support the Communications Coordinator in organizing PR shooting opportunities for products and events.
4. Coordinate press schedules with regional markets and external agencies.
5. Manage celebrity schedules in collaboration with external agencies.
6. Participate in the operational planning of major brand image projects.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as Security and Retail Excellence, to keep them informed of press activities.
8. Shadow the PR Manager and Communications Coordinator to gain insights into daily operations.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong project coordination abilities.
5. Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
