- Develop and execute the SEM strategy to enhance ROI and AUR growth through campaign restructuring and retargeting tactics.
- Oversee agency management for the creation, implementation, optimization, and reporting of Paid Search and Naver/Google Shopping campaigns.
- Allocate budget effectively across campaigns in collaboration with the agency.
- Ensure alignment with media platforms to leverage paid search as a business driver across the omnichannel journey.
- Lead SEO initiatives in partnership with Global Marketing and Omnichannel Teams to improve organic search results.
- Optimize site performance through collaboration with UI/UX, Analytics, Content, and IT teams.
- Manage Digital Commerce operations, focusing on Kakao Commerce for seamless client experiences.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive channel growth and optimize order processing, shipping, and returns.
- Lead digital projects related to business and system enhancements in collaboration with global and local partners.
- Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to provide actionable insights and support forecasting, budgeting, and inventory planning.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or e-commerce operations.
- Fluency in spoken and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Expertise in managing budgets and planning campaigns.
- Understanding of online KPIs for performance and ROI.
- Strong communication and management skills with external partners.
- Agility and flexibility in e-commerce operations across different time zones.
Minimum of 7 years in performance marketing and/or e-commerce operations, with a preference for experience in a global organization and the luxury industry.
BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
