1. Lead and motivate Operations Coordinators and Aftercare Advisors to achieve high-level results.
2. Facilitate team briefings and meetings with Retail Management, maintaining a positive leadership presence.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
4. Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
5. Support store goals by managing expenses and loss with Retail, Finance, and Operations Leadership.
6. Develop client development strategies and maintain client information consistency.
7. Ensure compliance in Harrods through daily monitoring and reporting.
8. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and drive operational excellence.
9. Respond to client feedback promptly and enhance customer engagement.
