- Lead and motivate Operations Coordinators and Aftercare Advisors to achieve high-level results.
- Facilitate team briefings and meetings with Retail Management, maintaining a positive leadership presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage a skilled team, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Support store goals by managing expenses and loss with Retail, Finance, and Operations Leadership.
- Develop client development strategies and maintain client information consistency.
- Ensure compliance in Harrods through daily monitoring and reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance and drive operational excellence.
- Respond to client feedback promptly and enhance customer engagement.
