- Manage order fulfillment and inventory with precision and efficiency.

- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to address service requests and inquiries.

- Support sales objectives by executing operational functions to meet or exceed targets.
- Collect and manage client data to foster long-term relationships and drive sales.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and detail-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within the retail or luxury sector.
A college or university degree is preferred.
The hiring range for this position is between $20.57 - $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
