1. Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
3. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
5. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
6. Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
7. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
8. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
9. Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
10. Support company operations efficiency objectives.
11. Deepen relationships with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
12. Carry out operations functions to support the store in achieving commercial targets.
13. Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
14. Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

1. Authorization to work in Canada.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is between $20.57 - $27.83 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
