1. Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
2. Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
3. Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, cleaning jewelry, transferring merchandise, and taking in jewelry repairs.
5. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to assess inventory accuracy.
6. Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
7. Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
8. Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
9. Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
10. Support company operations efficiency objectives.
11. Deepen the relationship with clients to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
12. Carry out operations functions to support the store in achieving commercial targets.
13. Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.

1. Must have authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Ability to connect with clients

6. Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs

Minimum 3 years

A college/university degree is desired.

The hiring range for this position is between $20.57 - $27.83 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
