- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.

- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, using reports and systems to assess accuracy.
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives.

- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Handle internal and external phone and e-mail correspondence to generate sales opportunities.
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
A college/university degree is desired.
