- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
- Act as an excellent communicator and brand ambassador.

- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment, and manage jewelry cleaning and repairs.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
- Partner and communicate effectively with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance in product and service information.
- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during every client interaction.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives by improving efficiency and providing feedback on process changes.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spending.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Handle internal and external phone and email correspondence to generate sales opportunities.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with clients.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
