- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the Tiffany Touch.
- Communicate effectively and act as a brand ambassador.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise cleaning.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for assistance.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Implement standard methodologies to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Apply deep knowledge of product, service, and care instructions.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives.
- Challenge standards to seek continuous improvement.
- Deepen client relationships to drive dedication and spend.
- Support the store in achieving commercial targets.
- Collect data during client interactions.
- Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Strong analytical skills
