1. Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise.
3. Coordinate service orders with specialized workshops and manage customer service requests.
4. Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
6. Enhance in-store customer experience by delivering memorable service and acting as a brand ambassador.
7. Implement and optimize standard practices to create exceptional customer experiences.
8. Supervise inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
9. Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts according to corporate schedules.
10. Monitor store maintenance status and manage special customer orders.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in Gemology is preferred.
