- Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial objectives.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise entries and exits.
- Coordinate service orders with specialized workshops and manage sales administration, including invoicing.
- Enhance in-store customer experiences by consistently delivering memorable moments and embodying the brand's distinctive touch.
- Implement and optimize standard practices to create exceptional customer experiences and act on customer feedback.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with customer advisors, management, and clients to address product and service inquiries, repairs, and inventory issues.
- Support operational efficiency goals by enhancing processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee store maintenance status and manage special customer orders and stock transfers.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory processes in accordance with corporate schedules.
- Strong analytical skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Gemology is a plus.
