- Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise.
- Coordinate service orders to specialized workshops and manage client service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate personnel to enhance sales and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies to prevent inventory losses.
- Enhance in-store customer experiences by providing memorable service and acting on customer feedback.
- Maintain store maintenance status and oversee inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories in accordance with corporate schedules.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Gemology is an advantage.
