1. Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise.
3. Coordinate service orders to specialized workshops and manage client service requests efficiently.
4. Collaborate with store management and corporate personnel to enhance sales and profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with company standards and policies to prevent inventory losses.
6. Enhance in-store customer experiences by providing memorable service and acting on customer feedback.
7. Maintain store maintenance status and oversee inventory accuracy.
8. Coordinate cyclical and annual store inventories in accordance with corporate schedules.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.
5. Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
6. Fluency in English.

Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Gemology is an advantage.
