1. Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.

5. Complete daily operational tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
6. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
7. Collaborate with client advisors and management to address client requests and inquiries.
8. Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions.
9. Apply product knowledge to increase client satisfaction.
10. Support sales efforts to achieve commercial targets.
11. Collect and utilize client data to foster relationships and drive sales.

1. Authorization to work in the United States.
2. Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
