- Lead back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership on initiatives to support the team and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of a manager, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and overseeing client service activities.
- Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise transfer.
- Maintain compliance with internal control procedures and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Deepen client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
- Collect and utilize customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and implementing standard processes.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, with a strong understanding of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Adaptability to perform various tasks based on business needs.
A minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
A college or university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is desirable.
The pay range for this role is $21.25-$28.75 per hour.
