- Provide exceptional client service, manage order fulfillment, and oversee inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
- Act as a brand ambassador and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Champion operational efficiency and complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies as necessary.
- Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients to address and resolve requests efficiently.
- Enhance the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and apply it to improve client satisfaction.
- Support sales efforts by cultivating client relationships and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a retail or luxury environment.
A college or university degree is preferred.
