Tiffany & Co. Operations Manager

- Oversee and ensure operational excellence in the flagship Old Bond Street location, maintaining a seamless and personalized client experience.
- Support sales, operations, and aftercare services, aligning with Tiffany's Global Service Philosophy.
- Manage and develop Operations Coordinators and Aftercare Advisors, fostering a high-performance team environment.
- Collaborate with Retail Management to drive compliance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to inventory management protocols, including cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Facilitate inter-branch transfers and manage merchandise replenishment shipments.
- Lead monthly health and safety audits and ensure compliance with audit procedures.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback, enhancing customer engagement and service excellence.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within a luxury environment.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with a focus on operational excellence.
- Proven ability to manage omnichannel transactions and stock KPIs.
- Service-oriented with knowledge of luxury etiquette.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations with a focus on merchandising, client service, and people management.
A University degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
