1. Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services coordination.
2. Review and manage import and export declarations, ensuring accuracy in duty, customs, and freight provisions.
3. Perform merchandise receipt processes and ensure correct customs declarations and duty rates.
4. Monitor repair shipments and manage export processes to optimize duty and VAT applications.
5. Coordinate merchandise inventory management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely replenishments.
6. Manage domestic merchandise transfers and maintain inventory accuracy.
7. Oversee warehouse management, including non-merchandise inventory and transportation arrangements.
8. Track store expenses and support CRM activities, including data management and campaign tracking.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.

1. Strong organizational and coordination skills.
2. Proficiency in inventory management systems.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage complex logistics and supply chain operations.

A minimum of 5 years in operations management or a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
