1. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment levels.
2. Supervise customer service operations related to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
3. Coordinate client services, including handling customer inquiries and stock availability.
4. Manage receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
5. Collaborate with store management to align back-of-house processes with service standards.
6. Lead, coach, and develop staff to enhance team performance.

1. Tertiary Certificate or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum three years of experience in retail stock management, preferably in the jewelry industry.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and customer service ethics.
5. Proven multi-tasking capabilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.

Minimum three years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, ideally within the jewelry sector.

Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience.
