Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee store merchandise, including receiving and transferring items to other locations.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and availability to enhance client service, including managing Carnet merchandise and Travel Collections.
- Monitor daily high-value counts and maintain returns reports.
- Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparation, including overseeing annual physical inventory.
- Coordinate price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
- Process merchandise requests and manage special orders and back orders.
- Provide superior post-sales client communication and service, including managing repair and engraving orders.
- Perform minor onsite repairs and cleanings within the store's client service area.
- Assist with visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
- Support sales floor operations and provide outstanding customer service.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to process merchandise orders and coordinate store events.
- Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
- Track invoice approvals and verify daily inventory reports.
- Liaise with facilities and IT, follow up on audit issues, and manage record retention.
- Perform daily cashier functions and act as Security and Health & Safety liaison.
- Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Analytical skills preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well with clients, peers, and management.
- Adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
- Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs.
- Knowledge of local import/export regulations.
- Fluency in German and English.

2-3 years of prior retail experience in operations, with a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
