- Perform all back of house operations in a Tiffany store.
- Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives.
- Act as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, including coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and coordinating client service activities.
- Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and cleaning jewelry.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
- Deepen relationships with clients to drive loyalty and spend.
- Carry out operations and sales support functions to achieve store sales plans.
- Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing customers.
- Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs.
Minimum 3 years of retail experience in retail operations.
A college/university degree is desired. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is also desired.
The hiring range for this position is between $24.91 - $33.70 per hour. The role is also eligible for sales commission.
