1. Lead all back-of-house operations in the Tiffany store.
2. Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty when necessary, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
6. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and increase spending.
7. Execute operations and sales support functions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
8. Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
9. Enhance in-store experiences by delivering memorable client interactions and acting on feedback.

1. 2-3 years of experience in retail operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to adapt to various tasks based on business needs.
7. Authorization to work in Canada.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, client service, and administrative functions.

A college or university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is between $24.91 - $33.70 per hour, dependent on skills and experience. This role is also eligible for sales commission.
