Tiffany & Co. Operations Coordinator

- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
- Coordinate security team operations and manage inventory cycles and full counts.
- Collaborate with store management and sales teams to enhance sales and profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including jewelry presentation security protocols.
- Report directly to the Store Director/Manager and Head of Operations at the corporate level.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and/or operations.
- Proficiency in English sufficient for business conversations and reading comprehension.
- Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, preferably with an accounting focus.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Flexibility to work a 6-day work week schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, and professionalism among clients and team members.
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and/or operations within a retail or luxury environment.
Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, preferably with an accounting focus.
