1. Lead back-of-house operations within the Tiffany store.
2. Provide superior client service and collaborate with store leadership to support team initiatives and sales goals.
3. Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management, overseeing order fulfillment, inventory management, and client service activities.
4. Ensure operational excellence by completing tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and merchandise cleaning.
5. Maintain compliance with internal control procedures and ensure inventory accuracy.
6. Support operational efficiency objectives by enhancing productivity and providing feedback on process improvements.
7. Cultivate client relationships to foster loyalty and drive sales.
8. Execute sales support functions to meet or exceed store sales plans.
9. Collect and manage customer data to enhance client engagement.
10. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences as a Tiffany brand ambassador, implementing client experience behaviors and optimizing store amenities.

1. 2-3 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, and administration.

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.

The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
