1. Manage and oversee all aspects of client repairs and service orders, including engraving, etching, and embossing.
2. Provide exceptional client follow-up to foster and develop client relationships.
3. Engage with both appointment and walk-in clients to ensure a personalized experience.
4. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
5. Process client order requests, including transaction handling and shipping arrangements.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury retail or a client-focused environment.

1. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse client base and collaborate with team members.
3. Flexibility to work during traditional retail hours, including weekends, late nights, and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within luxury retail or a client-focused environment is required.
