- Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store, ensuring operational excellence.
- Coordinate order fulfillment, manage inventory, and oversee client service activities.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty in the absence of store management.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support sales and service operations to achieve or exceed store sales goals.
- Collect and manage customer data to foster client relationships and loyalty.
- Implement standard processes to enhance in-store experiences and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client and employee concerns by applying detailed knowledge of policies and procedures.
- 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and flexible to perform various tasks.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising and client service.
A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is desirable.
The hiring range for this position is $26.35 - $35.65 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
