Operations Coordinator

1. Perform all back of house day-to-day operations in a Tiffany store.
2. Provide excellent client service and partner with store leadership on key initiatives to support the team and drive sales goals.
3. Act as a manager on duty when a manager is unavailable, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and coordinating client service activities.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
5. Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
6. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
7. Carry out operations and sales support functions to achieve or exceed sales plans.
8. Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing customers.
9. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and acting on client feedback.

1. Fluently bilingual in French and English
2. Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.

1. Strong analytical skills
2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Organized and detail-oriented
4. Flexibility to perform different tasks based on business needs

2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.

A college/university degree is desired. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is also desired.
