- Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
- Provide exemplary client service and collaborate with store leadership to support key initiatives and drive sales goals.
- Act as a key holder and manager on duty, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and overseeing client service activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Collect and manage customer data to cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions and implementing standard processes.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- 2-3 years of retail experience in operations, with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Bilingual communication skills in French and English.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A minimum of 2-3 years in retail operations, with a comprehensive understanding of merchandising, client service, and administrative functions.
A college/university degree is desired. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework is advantageous.
